Shaken or stirred?

We’re serving it up with $18 cocktails across our restaurants. Whether it’s a crafted take on a classic, ora bold take on a favourite, visit any SkyCity venue during SERVED for internationally inspired cocktails each crafted with its own story. 

Mapari Beef x Torbreck Wines
at The Grill

A trans-Tasman celebration of wild flavours and fine wine.

A four-course journey showcasing the richness of Mapari beef in all its forms, from delicate carpaccio to slow-braised short rib and dry-aged fillet. Each dish is elevated with unexpected touches, from bone marrow tortellini to a signature tarte tatin finished with beef fat caramel.

The experience is matched with Torbreck Vintners’ iconic Barossa Valley wines - somedrawn from the oldest dry-grown vines in the world. Joining us from Adelaide, head winemaker Sacha Timaeus will guide you through the craftsmanship behind every glass.

The Champagne Garden
Perrier-Jouët x Huami

This November, the famed Perrier-Jouët Garden Bar is openingits doors once again at Huami for another summer season.

A sparkling soirée set amongst the florals of
the Huami Garden. Toast to the warmer season
with an afternoon of crafted elegance, Perrier Jouët
pours and signature dim sum bites from $13.50.

Metita x Apéro

A French Polynesian Collaboration with
Michael Meredith and
Leslie Hottiaux

Metita is turning two and we’re marking the occasion with something special. For one night only, Chef Michael Meredith joins forces with Leslie Hottiaux of Apéro for an unforgettable French Polynesian feast

Experience an 11-dish journey blending the soul of the Pacific with the elegance of French cuisine, served with a signature cocktail on arrival

Expect the unexpected, a few familiar favourites with new twists, and plenty of stories that reflect our shared love for simplicity and craftsmanship

A hosted progressive dinner across three award winning SkyCity restaurants on vibrant Federal Street: Start at MASU by Nic Watt, then Metita by Michael Meredith, and end at Cassia by Sid Sahrawat. One night only!

Each stop delivers a signature savoury course, premium wine pairing and hosted by some of New Zealand's favourite foodies, it's a dining experience like no other.

A gritty, indulgent night of NYC soul, with Al Brown’s spin on cult classics from the backstreets of Manhattan.

Bold, brash, and a little unorthodox, it’s a night of unapologetic flavour and all out fun.

ISSHO NI -MASU x Tunki

This event has wrapped!

For one night only, Chef Krish Dutt of Adelaide based restaurant Tunki returns home after years abroad.

Reuniting with Nic Watt, the chef duo will present a five-course menu including salmon tiradito, lime cured kingfish and soy caramel lamb cutlets - fusing MASU’s iconic Japanese flavours with Tunki’s vibrant Nikkei style.

With Tunki recently awarded Best Speciality Restaurant in South Australia, expect a bold menu paired with Roku Gin beverage matches, live entertainment from guitarist Dowson Zhou, and a special Krish Dutt Magic sauce jar to take home.

A Journey through Mapari

Ethically sourced, and sustainably farmed in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, journey through the land with our nose-to-tail menu. Enjoy a four-course menu with specialty beef cuts from the team at Mapari including a rump tartlet, oxtail ragù, grilled oyster blade steak, and a chocolate dessert with beef fat caramel to finish.

A festival of flavour

A colourful exploration of the festival of lights featuring Cassia snacks designed to bring family and friends together, sharing the warmth of tradition through re-imagined classics, and Sid Sahrawat’s contemporary takes on festival favourites.

An exploration of the Pacific

Taking you through the Pacific, discover fresh flavours and fan favourites. Start with iconic snacks including our corned beef bun, followed by tuna with watermelon and sea grape, then so’e (squid) with burnt orange. Enjoy sharing style mains including wood-fired snapper with umala and roast pork with tropical fruit salsa, and roasted carrots with drauni kari and yoghurt. Finish with a Pasifik koko dessert, for a complete journey of the islands.

Travel through Japan with a selection of MASU specialities re-imagined to reflect the season. Fresh ingredients and signature MASU craft combine to create a new style of Japanese dining. Start with chef’s selection of sashimi with yuzu granita, followed by traditional udon with dashi beurre blanc, and a flame grilled wagyu skewer, straight from the robata.

A modern feast of tradition

Taking you through regional provinces, step behind the red doors on Federal Street and indulge in a modern twist on traditional Chinese with Head Chef He Jia's new menu. Start with a Huami icon, fruit wood roasted peking duck, with fresh pineapple, followed by Mānuka honey black pepper beef, ginger and spring onion steamed fish, followed by dessert to finish.

A classic match

Fed's throwing it back to the good old days with diner classics that’ll compete with your faves. Think chopped cheese done Fed style and side of cherry pie with streusel topping – a classic with a bit of NY soul.

Wash it down with an ice-cold Coke and we’ll slide you a small side dish on the house*. No catches, no frills, just Fed serving you right.

*Classic sides include creamy slaw, half fries, small poutine or side pickles.

Freshly shucked or as a shooter, you’ll find them on the menu. Take your pick of deep-fried buffalo fried oysters, oysters rockerfeller, bloody mary shooters or dig into trevally sashimi with oyster cream.

Enjoy three mini cocktails each with a matching chocolate bark, for a sweet treat to match the sweet views. From a Blush and Bramble with Roku Gin, to a Tokyo Espresso paired with dark chocolate bark, theres something for every kind of taste.
