We’re serving it up with $18 cocktails across our restaurants. Whether it’s a crafted take on a classic, ora bold take on a favourite, visit any SkyCity venue during SERVED for internationally inspired cocktails each crafted with its own story. 

SERVED Culinary Tour

A hosted progressive dinner across three award winning SkyCity restaurants on vibrant Federal Street: MASU by Nic Watt, Metita by Michael Meredith, and Cassia by Sid Sahrawat. One night only!

Each stop delivers a signature savoury course, premium wine pairing and hosted by some of New Zealand's favourite foodies, it's a dining experience like no other.

ISSHO NI -MASU x Tunki

For one night only, Chef Krish Dutt returns ‘home’ to MASU after years abroad including cooking for the King of Jordan, earning a coveted Chef Hat, and most recently awarded Best Speciality Restaurant in South Australia, for his Adelaide restaurant, Tunki.

Reuniting with Nic Watt, the chef duo will present a five-course collaboration fusing MASU’s iconic Japanese flavours with Tunki’s vibrant Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) style, Roku beverage match and a special Krish Dutt Magic sauce jar to take home.

Expect fire, flavour, and an unforgettable night.

Al Brown's Down and Dirty "Dego" at Fed Deli

A gritty, indulgent night of NYC soul, with Al Brown’s spin on cult classics from the backstreets of Manhattan.

Bold, brash, and a little unorthodox, it’s a night of unapologetic flavour and all out fun.

The Grill: Wild at Heart
with Torbreck Wines

A trans-Tasman celebration of wild flavours and fine wine.

A special nose-to-tail menu featuring Aotearoa’s best produce and Australia’s boldest wines. With intense, rich flavours of the Barossa Valley, Torbreck Vintners is home to some of the oldest and dry grown vines in the world.

 Joined by head winemaker Sacha Timaeus from Adelaide, you'll be guided through an expert
wine pairing with each course.

Showcasing culinary favourites from both sides of the ditch, this an evening for serious food and wine lovers.

Ethically sourced, and sustainably farmed in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, journey through the land with our nose-to-tail menu. Metita
An exploration of the Pacific

Taking you through the Pacific, discover fresh flavours and fan favourites. Start with iconic snacks including our corned beef bun, followed by kingfish with mandarin and okra, then so’e (squid) with burnt orange. Enjoy sharing style mains with roasted chicken leg with pumpkin and shiitake, crispy pork hock with sapa sui and pineapple, and roasted carrots with drauni kari and yoghurt. Finish with a Pasifik koko dessert, for a complete journey of the islands.

Spring specialties

Travel through Japan with a selection of MASU specialities re-imagined to reflect the season. Fresh ingredients and signature MASU craft combine to create a new style of Japanese dining. Start with chef’s selection of sashimi with yuzu granita, followed by traditional udon with dashi beurre blanc, and a flame grilled wagyu skewer, straight from the robata.

A modern feast of tradition

Taking you through regional provinces, step behind the red doors on Federal Street and indulge in a modern twist on traditional Chinese with Head Chef He Jia's new menu. Start with a Huami icon, fruit wood roasted peking duck, with fresh Australian mango, followed by Mānuka honey black pepper beef, ginger and spring onion steamed fish, followed by your choice of dessert to finish.

A classic match

Fed's throwing it back to the good old days with diner classics that’ll compete with your faves. Think chopped cheese done Fed style and side of sour cherry pie – a classic with a bit of NY soul.
