For one night only, Chef Krish Dutt of Adelaide based restaurant Tunki returns home after years abroad.
Reuniting with Nic Watt, the chef duo will present a five-course menu including salmon tiradito, lime cured kingfish and soy caramel lamb cutlets - fusing MASU’s iconic Japanese flavours with Tunki’s vibrant Nikkei style.
With Tunki recently awarded Best Speciality Restaurant in South Australia, expect a bold menu paired with Roku Gin beverage matches, live entertainment from guitarist Dowson Zhou, and a special Krish Dutt Magic sauce jar to take home.
